In the area where the hermitage of San Blas was built, in the 18th century, there were the largest number of houses in the town. It was also a place very exposed to the avenues of the Amarguillo River, as it was at a lower level than this. It was built southeast of the town. Its entrance is to the north. The roof is made of wood, gabled, like the one in the hermitage of San Antón.
With the civil war, the following disappeared: the carved image of Saint Blaise, an altar, a station of the cross, 6 regular-sized canvases, an alb and an incarnate chasuble, 4 benches, a table, a bell, a sugar cane and other objects.
