It is wonderfully quiet here and you can relax. At one point there is also a rope to jump into the water. Fishing is also possible here. The exact conditions are posted on site or were commented on e.g. already mentioned by Yvonne.

The artificial pond is always worth a visit. Here you can swim in summer and you can always find a nice spot with the dogs.

The artificial pond was created in 1749 to supply water to a neighboring coal mine and is now used for recreation. Drinking water can also be taken during dry times. The dam is an earthen dam with an internal seal. The water side is paved with stone fill. The operating facilities consist of a flood relief, a base drain with a slide (harrow) and a stilling basin. The lake has a depth of approx. 18m😎
