Fengjing is a typical watertown - built around a number of waterways, with stone arch bridges and streets along the canals. The town has not undergone the 'touristy' upgrade as other watertowns, so it is still a bit more 'authentic'. You can stroll down the old streets, enjoy some local food or just spend the afternoon in a teahouse. A couple of historic buildings, small museum and temple make it worthwhile.
This highlight marks a central location to enter the old streets. From there they stretch to the north-east and south-west along the canal.
