The Santa Giusta pond is located between Oristano to the north, Santa Giusta to the east, the Cirras plain to the south and the sea to the west, classifying itself as the third largest pond in Sardinia.
Various species nest in the area, including the mallard, the coot, the little grebe, the gray heron and black-headed gulls. In the waters there are mullets, eels and crabs. The presence of pink flamingos is abundant and helps to make the environment even more fascinating.
