Nanxun Old Town is absolutely worth visiting. It is a Venetian style town with canals, bridges and small alleys. The town is very well preserved and has multiple streets and canals to discover. It has become wealthy by merchants that used the waterways to sell and transport the local produce, mainly rice and silk.
The streets are very rough paving stones and the bridges are with steps thus not suitable for riding. Also I think that cycling is not allowed down these streets, but nobody had stopped me. ;-)
