Vidikovac Casanova is a romantic, historically inspired vantage point with a studio atmosphere, beautiful views of the harbor and island, a charming shady spot, and a touch of the Casanova legend – ideal for connoisseurs, couples, and culture vultures.

Location & View: The vantage point offers a magnificent view of Vrsar's harbor (marina) and the island of Sveti Juraj (St. George).

• Design & Atmosphere: The focal point is an artfully crafted bench made of Istrian stone – a tribute to the romantic atmosphere of the place. A large tree provides shade and ensures pleasant comfort on sunny days.

• Historical Background: The name refers to Giacomo Casanova, who visited Vrsar in 1743 and 1744 and reportedly had romantic adventures there.

• Special event: At the end of June, the Casanova Festival (festival of love and eroticism) takes place in Vrsar – the opening event is marked by a kissing competition at this very vantage point
