Hell's Gate also features the largest mud volcano in the country as well as the largest hot waterfall in the Southern Hemisphere. Before your spa experience, take a guided or unguided tour of 50 acres of erupting water, colorful pools, hot-water lakes, bubbling mud, steaming cliffs, sulfur crystals and land corals. You can also take a walk through the native bush surrounding the thermal park.
