The church in Krzywnica (German: Uchtenhagen) was built on a rectangular plan in the 15th century, made of field stone and brick. The church was rebuilt in 1813.
The church furnishings include a late Gothic figurine of Christ as the Man of Sorrows, made around 1500. The temple also has a cast-iron bell from 1924, placed in a free-standing bell tower on the church grounds.
There is also an Evangelical cemetery on the church grounds, which was built in the first half of the 16th century. The cemetery, currently closed, was built in a village on a rectangular plan with an area of 0.2 ha.
The church has recently undergone a major renovation.
