The town hall in Armsheim, a local community in the Alzey-Worms district in Rhineland-Palatinate, was built around 1750. The town hall at Bahnhofstrasse 17 is a protected cultural monument.
The baroque half-timbered house, which is partly made of solid masonry, has a mansard hipped roof. The windows on the ground floor have sandstone frames. The half-timbered structure of the upper floor is decorated with eared man figures and St. Andrew's crosses. The corner bay window is closed by a hood. The roof has many dormers.

The former town hall is a fine example of a representative Baroque building with rich ornamental detail. (I hadn't heard the word "ornamental detail" before...) If you walk behind the town hall, two out of three people will stick their tongues out under a bay window.
