SMELL, TOUCH, SEE, HEAR, TASTE - on the "Walk of the Senses" all of these human abilities are specifically stimulated. In normal daily routine, these senses are of course also used, some more, others less. Unfortunately, we don't take enough of them Time to consciously perceive sensory impressions. A hike, combined with the active use of all senses, is an excellent opportunity to remember these skills and refresh them. The positive effect on body, mind and soul is undisputed.
