Passo della Moriana Ovest, is located at 2,500 m above sea level, and communicates with the Anzasca Valley through the Val Moriana. A little-frequented destination but of undoubted beauty due to the still wild environments it offers.
The descent/ascent from the Macugnana side is not recommended because the paths have almost disappeared.

This pass is just below Cima delle Pisse and offers a unique view that repays the challenging effort to reach it. The Moriana Pass and the Cima are located along the ridge that separates the Val d'Egua from the Anzasca Valley (or rather from the Moriana Valley.)
