This ridge divides the Rocchette area from that of Punta Ala until reaching the remains of the Santa Petronilla hermitage. Here, history/legend says there was a miraculous source where Santa immersed himself to heal from leprosy, and where many believers from near and far areas went every year.
The dirt road is challenging both for the climbs and for the surface even if you travel along wide dirt roads.
