Built by Bedirhan Paşazadelerden Kenan Paşa, the governor of Teke. Hexagonal in plan, made of cut stone and standing on six pillars, with a pyramidal roof covered with tiles. There is a wooden minaret on the northwest side. The prayer room dates from 1903. In the old port.

The İskele Mosque in Kaleiçi Marina is located in front of the Tekelioğlu House, in front of the lowest level of the kırkmardiven. The İskele Mosque, in the form of a kiosk mosque, was built on a hexagonal plan and was built in 1903 during the Ottoman period by Kenan Pasha and Shakir Efendi. However, it is believed that a Seljuk-era mosque existed on the same site before this date.
