The Justizia towers over the Fountain of Justice on Gerechtigkeitsstrasse in Bern. The Justizia stands there blindfolded, its ears covered with rosettes, the scales and the judging sword in its hands, the Pope at its foot, with a view out of town. Probably symbolically the highest fountain figure in the city with 6.25 m. I couldn't see a linden tree nearby. Down the stream the chairs were set up and judged over life and death in the open street.
