The Partisan Museum in Kiberg tells a story about people who left Eastern Finnmark for the Soviet Union during the war, many of them from Kiberg. They received training in warfare behind the front, and returned to report on German troop movements. Many died, and the survivors were met with suspicion during the Cold War.
The museum is self-service, the fee is NOK 100. It is open 09.00 - 18.00 every day from 8 May to 24 October. There is a toilet inside, wall plugs are available too.
