The listed Evangelical Lutheran village church of St. Antonius is located off the state roads 1131 and 2671 on a small hill in the Eicha district of the small town of Römhild in the Hildburghausen district of Thuringia.
One room on the north side of the church tower has been preserved from the former pilgrimage chapel. The sacristy was added in the 15th century. During renovation work in 1971 and 1972, paintings from the 12th century were found in the choir area.
