The former monastery on the rock is the eye-catcher in Tropea. A visit is not only worthwhile because of the monastery and the view, also the associated small garden is absolutely worth seeing.

The church is in proper clothing (shoulders and knees covered) free to commit, but also the only 2 euro cost access to the small exhibition upstairs, the roof terrace with the great all-round view and the cloister garden should not be missed.
