On the Market Square in Chojnice there is a classicist fountain with figures of women made of bronze. This facility consists of 12 water nozzles that have the ability to change color. Of course, the fountain makes the greatest impression in the evenings. Lovers of regional products and folk handicrafts should go to a small gallery located right next to the Market Square. Wooden angels are especially worth recommending. Near the Market Square in Chojnice there is the Basilica of the Beheading of St. John the Baptist. The construction of this church began in 1340 and was completed in 1360. The three-nave church is in the Vistula Gothic style. It is worth seeing the Człuchowska Gate and visiting the Historical Museum located there. In addition to the permanent exhibition, you can see numerous exhibitions there, such as the Exhibition of Photography by Bike through Africa by Kazimierz Nowak from the years 1931-1936.
