From the Szczecin City Council's announcement on the completion of the new tram terminus in December 2020:
"One of the most important construction phases at the Głębokie interchange has been completed. Starting next Tuesday, December 1st of this year, trams will return to the Głębokie turnaround point.
Tests of the newly constructed infrastructure – tracks, switches, traction, and stops – were completed on Friday morning. The successful passage of the tram means that the turnaround loop is ready for use by public transport. As part of the work completed so far at the turnaround point, approximately 1.1 km of single-track tram tracks have been laid. Door-to-door tram and bus stops have also been built.
In the next stages of the investment, the intersection adjacent to the turnaround loop will be converted into a roundabout. A parking lot will also be built. In addition, a building will be built at the turning point itself to serve as a waiting room for passengers and a social building for drivers.
