There is an ecological vegetable garden in Ziołowy Zakątek, where vegetables are grown organically, based on traditional methods used in these lands years ago. The dishes served in the Inn available to guests are prepared on the basis of ingredients from this place and a whole lot of aromatic herbs and ecological spices. The kitchen also uses eggs from the hens bred here, dairy products from the local cows, as well as wild edible plants. The ingredients of the dishes are also collected in the surrounding forests and fields, just as it used to be.
