Whether you appreciate the Art Deco architectural style or find it 'utterly ugly'... no one can deny that the building is impressive. It rises from the landscape like a cathedral. With an impressive history and an even more impressive interior, it is definitely worth a visit.

The main building A (cathedral) has been used as a multifunctional event hall since 2014. Until 2004, there were six 210 meter high transmission towers, which bridged the 12,000 km as the crow flies to the Dutch East Indies colonies. Due to the use of modern satellite connections, the transmitting station was abandoned in 2004.
