Heading more coastwards from your classic bikeways, you will find magnificent coastal trails and paths sometimes difficult to ride with the 'normal' rental bike or even a gravel. However, a good mtb will do, or you might consider parking your bike for an hour to walk and clamber the wild and rough coast.
