Beautiful park with the impressive palace. Park is public and free of charge - but the palace is not intended for the public. Great view from the palace to the Karl Johans gate.

The royal residence was built in Christiania between 1824 and 1848.
The changing of the guard takes place daily at 1:30 p.m.
Demonstrations by the Royal Guard take place on certain days during the summer months.
The palace is open to visitors from the end of June to mid-August.
The tour lasts approximately 60 minutes. Tickets are available at post offices.
