The flowy adventure begins where the cable car Welschnofen brings mountain bikers directly to the UNESCO World Heritage Rosengarten. Once at the top of the Frommer Alm, bikers then enter the 4.4 km long biker trail, follow a mountain stream, pass through forests and cross meadows. The pump trail is a trail section with larger drops, tables and jumps.
