The old road runs parallel to the E134 through the valley. The road is closed to normal traffic. Uphill after the old bridge you come to a barrier that cannot be opened. So put your bike under or over it, otherwise the road is very easy to drive, albeit quite steep. Definitely recommended as an alternative to the E134.
