The owners of Kazitiškis manor, Belikavičiai, in 1745. built a wooden church and invited the Unitarian monks. Monastery and church in 1834. closed, an Orthodox church was installed. Bishop of Žemaicai Motiejus Valančius urged the pastor of Salakas to build a chapel in Kazitiški. It was built in 1860-1862, in 1864. Closed by Russian authorities.
To Kazitiškis in 1905. appointed priest Jonas Rimkūnas built a parsonage from the old church. They installed an altar at one end of it and started holding services. 1906-1908 the present brick church was built. She was born in 1909. consecrated by Bishop of Žemaicai Gasparas Cirtautas. 1920 the church was located in the occupied territory of Poland. 1925 parish established. 1934 the Lithuanian choir was forbidden to rehearse by the occupation authorities. Pastor Vincas Bobin (in Kazitiškis since 1928) was sentenced to 5 years for Lithuanian activities. to jail 1938 the church has been repaired.
2016 April 5 the church was burning. The altars were burnt, the walls smoked.
