A sensational section for cycling training, perfect asphalt, practically no cars and very few cyclists because most of them are rushing towards Nałęczów ;) The route is so cool in terms of training that we have small climbs and descents, there is no boredom. You have to push harder towards Kraśnik, but on the way back, fans of measuring everything, including average speed, will break the system on Strava, and if the return is with the wind, OMG :) Strava segments on this section would be useful.

The route consists of public technical/access roads along Via Carpatia, the section towards Kraśnik seems to be created for cycling. It's worth knowing: if it's raining heavily, you can always hide under one of the viaducts, an additional plus for this place ;)
