Is the way recommended: yes and no!
YES, because it goes through a really beautiful landscape and forest. NO, because the quality of the path requires an experienced cyclist with good legs. This route is NOT the official cycle path - this leads from Schneflingen almost to Plastau and only about 300 meters before Plastau turn right in the direction of Brome. The route I chose shortened the route, but as a price the quality of the path was below average. On the one hand, this is neglected, has numerous potholes, puddles and hollows and has been filled with sand in many places. However, the sand is not very firm, so you have to drive very carefully to avoid falling. If in doubt, I would recommend the official cycle path.

The well-paved gravel path leads through a shady pine forest and has only a few bumps that spoil the fun. You're usually alone there, so it's easy to take a break and just listen to and smell nature

Very nice cycle path between Wiswedel and Redenbeck. Komoot often plans the route on the road, but the section just before Radenbeck is very dangerous. The path through the forest is preferable.
