Dear customers,

we live by the motto "Regional is optimal" and would like to pass this motto on to you too! Make your purchase of fruit, vegetables and our fine spirits an experience and combine it with a stop in our Hopfenstube. Try Biegger's red must, the freshly pressed apple juice or our home-made fine spirits and let yourself be enchanted by our typical Swabian specialties and fresh salads!

To give a little historical summary...

Our farm has been owned by the Biegger family since 1776. In the 1970s, the farm's successor Josef Biegger Jr. changed it to a pure fruit farm without livestock. In order to be able to market the fruit himself, he built the first part of the farm shop shortly afterwards. This was continuously expanded and also developed into a nice meeting place. This quickly gave rise to the idea of a small restaurant in the 1990s. With a lot of imagination, effort and manual work, the first room of our Hopfenstube was slowly created from an old wagon shelter and potato storage area! Shortly after the opening in December 2001, one of the rooms was already too small. This is why our Josephsklause was opened in May 2003! Another adjoining room is currently being planned... Let yourself be surprised by what we can come up with architecturally!
