The view is fantastic. It's an exhilarating feeling to walk across it. However, some height-sensitive visitors apparently didn't really enjoy it (or so it seemed). Great construction and very impressive.
It's definitely worth a visit.

The Skywalk Willingen recently opened (July 1, 2023) and is the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in Germany at 665 meters. The bridge, which cost a good 4.5 million euros, is 100 meters above ground at its highest point. A ticket costs 11 euros and can only be paid for at the south entrance (forest) by debit card (no PayPal or similar). A ticket is valid for one day! The bridge is open until 9 p.m.! Not for people who get dizzy easily. The bridge swings quite a bit!
Sensible shoes are recommended as there are gratings to walk on.
