Parish of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Bukowo Morskie - a parish of the Polish Catholic Church in Poland, located in the Diocese of Wrocław, in the Pomeranian-Greater Poland deanery. Masses are held on Wednesday and Friday at 6:00 p.m. and Sundays and holidays at 9:00 and 11:00.
The parish temple is the historic, 14th-century church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
The Polish Catholic parish in Buków Morskie was erected on April 19, 1964 by Bishop Julian Pękala, then head of the Polish Catholic Church. The National Church was known to the townspeople because of the parish operating in neighboring Darłowo a few years earlier, headed by Fr. Joseph Nowak. From 1969, the pastor of the parish was very energetic Fr. Stefan Mościpan, on his initiative, a monument was erected next to the church in honor of the Heroes of the Pomeranian Wall. In the following years, as a result of frequent changes of priests, the parish deteriorated, only the arrival of Fr. Dominika Gzieło put the community back on its feet. Thanks to the efforts of the parish priest, many thorough renovations have been made in recent years, min. church roof, which on November 11, 2006 was solemnly blessed by Fr. info. Stanisław Bose - administrator of the Wrocław diocese.
