Boundaries blur in De Plateaux-Hageven, a Dutch-Belgian nature reserve. Walk through forests and over heathland, past fens and floodplains: a water system from the early 19th century! In spring you will find orchids, in autumn autumn crocus colours the meadows purple.
De Plateaux forms a whole with the Belgian nature reserve Hageven and is located between dry sandy soils and the Dommel stream valley. Enjoy the varied landscape during one of the many walking routes.

The Plateaux-Hageven is an international nature reserve of the Dutch Association of Nature Monuments and the Flemish Nature Point in De Groote Heide Nature Border Park. More than 350 ha of this area is located in the Dutch municipalities of Bergeijk and Valkenswaard and more than 150 ha in the Belgian municipalities of Neerpelt and Lommel. Wikipedia
