The entire municipality of Lauchringen
In 1971, as part of the local government reform, the two independent communities of Ober- and Unterlauchringen merged to form the new community of Lauchringen. In the post-war period, they often made joint decisions, approached each other together and grew together. The decision to merge was significantly influenced by the historical connection between the two communities, which were already mentioned together in the 13th century. Thus, after 670 years, this area and administrative reform brought this community back together.
