The first information about the existence of the church in Nowy Dwór comes from the beginning of the 17th century. At the beginning of the 20th century, a wooden church was built, demolished in 1924. The parish was liquidated and the faithful were assigned to the parish in Jaczno. In the years 1931-1939, services were again held in Nowy Dwór in a substitute room, and in 1939 a chapel was arranged in the parish house.
In 1955, the present brick church was built, and in 1956 the parish in Nowy Dwór was reactivated.
