    This unique property in a spectacular location in the city of Salzburg is a historic castle with incredible panoramic views.

    This unique ensemble is located on a plot of around 13,456 m² - in the middle of Salzburg's old town. The main complex consists of various buildings: cube, tower, half-timbered building and west wing. The extensive park also includes the historic "Tyrnitz" and an outbuilding.

    The central hall on the ground floor of the main complex connects the individual components. All floors are easily accessible via a glass elevator.

    Parts of the property date back to the 12th century, and the historic building structure was completely renovated between 2010 and 2014, including the construction of a modern extension.

      The Red Tower was probably built in the late 13th century to protect the gap between the Mönchsberg and Festungsberg and the city gate there. During legal disputes between the monastery and the archbishop in 1372, it was made clear that the "Rote Thurn" and the nearby "Abtsthurn" had been in the possession of the monastery since time immemorial.
