      The cycle path is well signposted all around. Only in the towns near Friedrichshafen or Lindau could you miss a sign. But the lake is almost always within sight for orientation.
      In Bregenz you should check out the lake stage. When I was there, the 2008 European Football Championship was being broadcast there.

                      On my second "Around Germany" cycling tour (this time going left-hand), I cycled along the Swiss side of Lake Constance.
                      Even though the bike paths were consistently beautiful, most of the route was boring, as the railway line also runs between the bike path and Lake Constance. The German side of the Lake Constance cycle path is much more varied and beautiful.

                        Great cycling path - very well maintained, and in good condition. It is very popular, and full of people, especially on warm days however. There's plenty of places along the path where you can stop for a break to enjoy the scenery :)
