The "Praga" mill is located about 250 meters from the road, turning right near the primary school in Kołacin. It is located on the Mroga River, which starts near Brzeziny.

The current mill building dates from the 1920s. It has so far efficient water and electric drive and is still in operation. In Kołacin, a mill settlement operated in the 19th century under the name "Stara Piła", which is strongly associated with the existence of a sawmill. This mill has the lowest storey of brick and stone. Its building is characterized by the fact that it has 3 floors from the river side and 2 floors from the road side. Its condition can be assessed as good. It is currently in private hands.

As a curiosity, it can be added that scenes for the film "Peasants" were shot in this location.

The "Praga" Mill - a wooden water mill on the Mroga River built in the 1920s or earlier, located in the former mill settlement of Praga, currently on the border of the villages of Kołacin and Kobylin, in Brzeziny County, Łódź Province. The facility is entered in the municipal register of monuments of the Rogów commune.

Water mills on the Mroga River in this location were mentioned in sources from the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries. The memory of the mill existing in the 19th century has been preserved: it was a wooden, single-storey building located partly on stilts above the water and partly on solid land, equipped with a water wheel. This mill served as a manor mill. It was dismantled at the end of the 19th century.
