The Sculpture Park of the Florean Museum is one of the post-decade private initiatives in Romania that proved to be viable, effervescent and highly artistic.
The Florean Museum's outdoor art exhibition is located in Poiana Soarelui, in a deciduous forest on the border of Cerneşti village, on the right of the road leading to Lăpuşu Land.
Here we meet on an area of over 40 hectares, a unique park of monumental sculpture.
The collections of the museum, which currently comprise about 10,000 pieces of contemporary art from all continents, have become, over time, a landmark of Maramures cultural tourism.
Every year there is the International Monumental Sculpture Camp and the International Engraving Hall.
