With intimate corners, extensive lawns, large terraces and green forests, Bodnant is many gardens in one.
This oasis of rarity and beauty has been created over 150 years, with plants brought to Britain from far and wide, and with the incredible vision of generations of the McLaren family and Puddle Head gardeners. It is a delight for the senses and also has the breathtaking backdrop of the Carneddau Mountains of Eryri (Snowdonia).
There is color all year round. The garden can be whatever you want it to be: whether it's a hive of activity or an oasis of peace and relaxation, this is a truly special place for all ages.
Booking a visit in advance is only necessary for visits between 20/5 and 9/6, the heyday of the Golden Rain.
