Bodega Casalobos, located between the Ciudad Real towns of Picón and Porzuna, is a La Mancha winery that has gone up for public auction for a starting price of 1,725,000 euros. Founded in 2003 by 23 partners, the winery had famous collaborators such as former soccer players Emilio Butragueño, Sanchís, Míchel and Aitor Karanka, as well as the singer Miguel Bosé. Winemaker Ignacio de Miguel led the winery, which covers 5,000 square meters of building, 35 hectares of vineyards with four varieties and machinery. The location of Casalobos, at the foot of the Sierra de Casalobos, is in the transition zone between the Montes de Toledo and Campo de Calatrava, in Castilla-La Mancha, 23 kilometers from Ciudad Real and 190 kilometers from Madrid. 🍇🍷
