The Kiosko de la Música is located in the historic center of Portugalete, specifically, in the Plaza del Solar. It is an octagonal element in which two sections are differentiated: the basement and the temple. The first is organized in exposed brick and limestone in its eight corners. It opens several accesses with nine steps, bent with handrails and a wrought iron railing. The second is made of cast iron, except for the interior lining of the roof, which is made from sheets of wood, with eight arches and sixteen columns. Each face is delimited by two buttresses hidden by the columns that accompany them. These columns start from a podium on which a shaft with hybrid forms and capitals with Ionic volutes develops. In addition, they support interesting semicircular arches highly ornamented with Mozarabic Mozarabs from the Arab-Mudejar tradition. Some gables serve as a transit to the upper decorative border on which the roof is located, which opens to the exterior in a dome with a double cap. The interior of the Kiosk is lined on the inside and is delimited by a railing with iron work all around.
