A narrow-gauge wagon with an wheelbase of 750 mm and a weight of approx. 13 tons mounted on two "diamond" type bogies, used in Starachowice for the transport of blast furnace waste, popularly known as the trail.
Waste was transported more or less every 4 hours and the still hot trail was poured onto the blast furnace heap on today's "Szlakowisko" street. The emptying of the ladle was facilitated by a large eight-spoke wheel coupled with a multi-stage worm gear. This design made turning the ladle easier. The temperature was high when the trail flooded. In order to protect the worker against burns, a shield in the form of an iron plate was applied around the wheel.
This wagon was used until the last days of operation of the Blast Furnace in Starachowice, i.e. until March 1968, and now for almost three years it has been presented next to the blast furnace heap.
