The owner apparently does not want to be disturbed by hikers anymore. The shield with the drive hunting was already set up 2 months ago. I think there is no hunting for such a long time. But it scares off every visitor. I'm not clean either. Can also vote.

So on our tour through the wonderful forest with deer, etc., the path was blocked off at km 4. This led to a hike in a huge arch through the forest (no network !!), so that we were on the road for 3h 15 min and completely broken.

The castle complex is often compared to a fairytale castle because of its seclusion and loneliness. The castle was built in 1564-72 by the Fuggers. In 1735, the building was sold to the princes of Thurn and Taxis, and since then used as a hunting lodge. Until 1995, it remained in their family property, and is now privately owned. Unfortunately, it can not be visited. But it is also worth seeing from the outside
