A town that still retains part of its charm from bygone eras, with its narrow streets and whitewashed facades, nestled in the heart of La Mancha and within section 2 of the Don Quixote Route.

With a privileged natural environment, since within its term there are nine and a half lagoons of the fifteen that make up the Lagunas de Ruidera Natural Park and the literary Cueva de Montesinos, inside which Miguel de Cervantes places the most famous enchantment for us of Spanish literature, chapter XXII-XXIII, of the second part of "Don Quixote de La Mancha".
