Located along the Chaussée César, this family farm for 8 generations consists of traditional Vexin buildings built around a large paved courtyard dominated by the 30-meter chimney, a remnant of the distillery which ceased operations in 1953. A of the rare distilleries whose buildings have remained intact and maintained since its closure. Beetroot alcohol was produced there.
The farm operator sells various local gastronomic specialties there, such as flavored mustards or Gouzangrez lentils.
