Not a tiring trip but with a beautiful view of the sea and the Cinque Terre.
The start of the trip is from Monterosso al Mare, before the Cinque Terre you start with a steep staircase that quickly takes you to high altitude.
You pass through vineyards and olive groves along a well-marked and well-kept path. In the distance you can see the first stop, Vernazza, a very characteristic town by the sea.
With a descent you go down to Vernazza where you can have lunch or turn around and visit the characteristic village.
The path continues with a short staircase that takes us towards the second stage Corniglia, which can be seen above a promontory high above the sea. From here the road to Manarola Via Volastra starts.
