The circular hiking trail marked with a green dot begins at the Lange Hütte in the Saigerhütten area. Follow the markings past the Kupferhammer towards Hüttengrund. Cross the road and the Flöha. The trail leads through Hüttengrund towards Kalter Kober. There are three stations with carvings and pictorial representations. The trail continues uphill to the "Hand" junction, where another object is set up. After about 50m on the way back, turn left onto Dürren Holzweg. There you pass two exhibits by Manuela Stock on the subject of Hüttenmatt. From Dürren Holzweg, turn right towards Tiefer Graben. The trail leads downhill until you reach the KAMMweg in Tiefer Graben. Follow this to the right towards Kirchweg/edge of the forest. There you have a very nice view of Olbernhau. Two more glass objects have been passed up to this point. ...

We follow the KAMMweg and the green dot markings to the Saigerhütten site. Before that we pass the Oberneuschönberg church. There, the woodcarver Hans Lichtenberger has contributed a dog with a doghouse for the legend trail.
