History
Legend has it that already in the times of Casimir the Great, there was a small wooden Orthodox church on the hill in Wielopolska. (...)

Currently, the church is used by the faithful of the Greek Catholic faith. Due to the small number of faithful, services are held here only occasionally.

Architecture
The church is made of brick, built on a Greek cross plan, topped with a dome in the central part.

Interior/Equipment
Until the 80s of the twentieth century inside the church there were m.in. fragments of altars from the 18th century, a portable altar with a sculpture of the Virgin Mary and Child from the 20th century, a Rococo painting of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary from the 18th century and a painting by Michael the Archangel from 1900. In 1988, all the icons in the church were stolen by unknown perpetrators. It is also worth noting that there has never been an iconostasis in this temple.
