The beach section extends from "Timmendorf beach" with a steep coast to the small settlement "Hinterwangern", here then with flat sandy beach.
A few meters wide strip of forest separates the cycle path from the Baltic Sea, but some accesses offer very beautiful views of the natural beach, the coast and the Baltic Sea!

The island of Poel is at the "exit" of the Wismar Bay. The view of the NSG Langenwerder in the north-east of the island is particularly beautiful. But the cliffs in the west are also beautiful. A clear travel recommendation from me!
