The viewing platform is at approx. 800 m above sea level and with the Sonntagberg offers a wonderful panorama that extends as far as Maria Langegg and far beyond the Waldviertel. The hiking terrace, in the partly impassable terrain, was made accessible to all age groups by the rural youth.

A great view of the wide landscape rewards everyone who manages the ascent to the Dachsberg and looks out into the distance on this terrace. The binoculars in the wooden box are also a nice idea. There is a guest book in a second wooden box. On days when there are few people around, you can also use the seating on the terrace for a short rest.
